Local hangout spot with great menu and coffee selection. Staff is on top of it and is engaging. Great place to meet up. You won't get a more Park City environment than here

I would normally give this place 5 stars because the food is awesome, but I was terribly disappointed in the service today. My boyfriend and I came in for lunch, he ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries and I got a panini. They were really busy, so I figured we would have to wait awhile. About 5 minutes into us sitting down, the lady behind the counter sat a bacon cheeseburger with no fries on the counter. There were a lot of people in, so it could have been anyones. About 20-30 minutes passes and she lays a turkey bacon panini on the counter, which I thought was mine, but apparently it was another little girls, which makes me assume she forgot my order. I went back up to the counter and said I took that panini because I thought it was mine, but my boyfriend is still waiting on his burger. She said, "oh, we called for that burger a few minutes ago." I just said, "there are no fries with it and it was more like 30 minutes ago." Without an apology or an offer for a fresh burger, she sat fries on the counter and walked away. Being in the industry, when I walk into your establishment and spend the money that I work hard to make, I expect service with a smile. It's disappointing because this is a fun spot to be in the summer and I just marked it off of my list. I don't spend money on places where people don't want my money.

Everyone always says this place is too expensive, when their 7 dollar delicious burger costs the same as McDonald's. I've never had a bad meal from wasatch.

Ahhhhh. Great bagel and great service!! Thanks wasatch bagels. Keep up the good work!!!

Prices keep going up. Seems to be under new management too. I little different vibe than previous but still pretty good spot.

Good sandwiches and bagels. Didn't like the cream cheese on my bagel though, it tasted like store bought Philadelphia cream cheese. But otherwise, this is a great place for the early AMs.

Great variety for breakfast! Bagels are fresh and the veggie cream cheese was delicious! We also had the the 4 egg veggie omelette which came out pretty fast and was very tasty! Great service and value!

It's a solid "Meh". I had an egg and cheese bagel sandwich on the spinach bag. The bagel was pretty wimpy and not the delightful chewy bagelness that one would expect from, well, a bagel, I guess. The egg part was fluffy and the cheese was cheese, so it made for a solid breakfast option based on the fact that it provided sustenance. The iced coffee was awful. Don't worry about trying that because I did already and I want to save you the disappointment. My companion enjoyed his breakfast burrito and didn't complain about the non-iced coffee he got, so there's probably some sort of redeeming factor here, I just didn't think it was all that great. Or great at all, really.

I really liked this place! We walked from our hotel on Main Street about a mile to a little strip mall to find it because we had heard they had great bagels - they do! Lots of options and tons of various cream cheeses. I loved the honey and nut cream cheese. I got an egg and cream cheese sandwich and a huge ass cappuccino. Great place to carb load before hitting the slopes! They also have paninis, soups and tout a sign that says they have the Best Burger in Park City. I didn't try the burger, but I might go back to try it next time I'm in Park City. Tips: It's about a 5 minute bus ride from the Town Lift on Main (or 20 min walk). Try the neighboring lunch spot by the same owners - newly opened (late Dec 2013) Flame Broiler, I think it's called.

This place is great. The bagel sandwiches will not disappoint and I recommend getting a drip coffee to go with it. Definitely worth the trip.

I was skeptical about this place when I saw the "best burgers in town" sign hanging in the window (of a bagel shop!), but I'm SO GLAD I stopped in! The burgers here are KILLER GOOD. No, really, KILLER GOOD! Step inside and you'll see this weird hybrid of a coffee shop / bakery cafe / grill. The menu is huge with sandwiches, chili, soups, coffees, specialty sodas, fries, burgers, etc. Fair prices and great food. The fries and burgers are super yummy.

We visited here for a late morning breakfast while visiting Park City. It was a quiet and would be a great coffee place for getting some work done with their free wifi. We enjoyed the 2 egg breakfast and the juevos rancheros with hashbrowns and toast. Both were delicious and we ready for quickly. We were a little confused by the setup and where to pay. We ordered at the counter and the cash register is not near the counter. And there was no one at the cash register when we ordered. We also had to pick up our own food from the counter which I thought was strange. I guess this adds to the local feel of the place. The coffee we had was also great. And there were several options. Overall, customer service seemed so-so but the food was good for a reasonable price.

Definitely the best breakfast spot I've been to in Park City so far. The bagel sandwiches are amazing and the fresh carrot-OJ juice is delicious. For a meal under $10 I don't think it could get any better! Can't wait to come back and try something off of the elaborate coffee menu.

Limited selection of bagels, with no whole wheat options. I had the Wasatch Huevos (something like that) sandwich. It was not great- slimy and overcooked onions/peppers, jalapeño cream cheese did not complement eggs and ham well. The ladies behind the counter seemed a bit disinterested in helping customers, more interested in talking to one another and gave off a vibe of being inconvenienced when asked questions about the menu. I also looked up later and saw one of them chewing a mouthful of food while making customer's food, right in front of them... I wouldn't come here again. Too many good breakfast places around here.

I have been to this resteraunt multiple times and don't get me wrong, I love the food.... But the people who work there are total assholes... If I was judging off of food alone and not environment, this would indefinately be a 5 star establishment. Just the other day, I went in and asked for the French toast seeing as how their French toast is pretty damn good.... I sat for at least 25 minutes and waited for my food but it hadn't come yet, so I decided to go up to the front and ask where it was. When I asked the lady working where my food was, she told the chef to start cooking French toast in spanish... She had no idea that I speak fluent spanish.. So after another 10 minutes of waiting, she called my order out and as I walked up there, I noticed that my Order had been placed on a plate rather than a to-go-box (which I has specifically asked for)... I asked the lady working to put my order in a to-go-box so she took one out and said, "here. Do it yourself". Like I said earlier, this establishment has quality food... But if you're looking for quality customer service, visit literally any resteraunt/fast food place in park city.

They have really stepped up their game. The French dip is hands down the best I have ever had. The sandwich was great and the Au Jus is perfection, which is where most people fail.

They have the local gig down! Quality stuff, friendly service and a chill environment. Bagels are the best in town

  • Lauren M.

Pricey for a bagel and schmeer... but tasty. They also gave me a coupon to eat at their broiler next door for buy one get one free! This was the best deal in Park City. $22 for a tremendous meal of full rack of ribs as well as ahi Tuna, both served with 2 sides!

good sandwiches....BEST BURGERS IN PC...open late hours too...

PC Broiler is a refreshing alternative in Park City. Their food quality is top notch. The Tri-Tip is fantastic. Their sides are also delicious. The Green Beans Almondine are out of this world. The Encrusted White fish is light but extremely flavorful. Craig the manager is very welcoming and actually cares that you are enjoying your meal. PC Broiler has a number of Flat Screen TV's for you viewing enjoyment but they are not so loud that you can't enjoy you food. The Broiled wings are really tasty. Their pricing is very fair and the portion size does not leave you hungry. I have had all of the above and without a doubt recommend you try PC Broiler.

I like this place. The owner Kreg, is always checking on his guests to make sure they are well. Food is good and it's a nice place to hang out. The wi-fi works well and they are usually open when other places have closed. Had a carrot/orange juice this morning and that was awesome. I'd give it 5 stars if the staff were more friendly. They just kind of stand there, take your orders and bark them back at you and I don't think I've ever seen the ladies smile, which is weird, because Kreg is super nice and they don't seem to have a lot of turn over in the year and a half I've been going there. That would be the one I'd work on to get to a 5 star experience.

Frequented Wasatch Bagel Cafe on a weekend trip to Park City recently. Having lived in PC for 6 months a few years ago I don't remember ever stopping in but I was glad to have this time. I ordered my usual, although I love to try new things and they had both interesting bagel flavors and cream cheese flavors, I went with an everything bagel with salmon spread. It was extremely satisfactory. Being a self proclaimed bagel snob, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. A born and raised New Yorker (where the best bagels on earth live), I have a high standard when I eat bagels. I was hesitant to order one at Wasatch but am glad I did! The cream cheese was excellent too! There was plenty of seating inside and out and the staff was friendly. If I am ever in PC again and need a easy breakfast this will be my spot.

This a unic welcome experence in Park City Great breakfast , Coffee , lunch & light dinner not easy to put it all together and have the food come out good in all departments with a smile and very fair price. The owner Kreg has pulled it off we will be back for the forrd quility in this unic eclectic food operation in Park City

I have lived in PC since 2006 and like the fool I am I just had my first meal here... I LOVE a good hotdog and man I found the place.... I had the dog and fries... both were GREAT... No wonder y the place was packed.... The owner is doing a kick ass business.... I will be back....

Great cheeseburger. Not on Main Street Park City so the food is a fraction of the cost. Coffee is also great. Did not eat breakfast there but a lot of locals were eating delicious looking pancakes.

  • John D.

This is a good place off Kearns Blvd to grab a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. The bagels are fresh and they make a nice bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich. They have brewed coffee and espresso drinks along with fresh juice. I look forward to trying their sandwiches for lunch.

Why can't this place be consistent? Just ordered a sandwich that should have been fine but after the three people behind me got their food and when I reminded them what I ordered I got some burnt toast with chicken in the middle. Super super gross. I think that was my last visit to a once great bagel place. Seriously lacking in every way. Still hungry:(

Whenever I'm back in Park City, there are a few places I always make sure to stop into-Wasatch Bagel is one of them. It's a great early morning stop for some breakfast before a day on the hill or just spending some quality time in the UT outdoors. The bagels are fresh and tasty, and they have a good variety of hot drinks to help you get going. What really makes the place is the staff-they're always super efficient during a busy morning and very polite. If you're looking for a quick, cheap breakfast, look no further.

Love it! California Breakfast Burrito is the best. The only downside is they are a bit disorganized when they get busy so make sure you are clear and direct when ordering and check on your order. Our 2 1/2 year old daughter loves it too. The fresh carrot/orange juice is wonderful, coffee is great and everything we've eaten has been good. The food is delicious and fresh and the staff is friendly.

As a Park City local and a food lover I reallllly want to like this place. Everytime I come here to try it just once more, I regret it all over again. I'm not one to complain, but this was just the last straw and I had to leave a review. To begin, the service is bad. I always feel rushed, and looked at with a scowl, as if I'm an inconvenience when ordering. Every. Single. Time. Luckily the guys at the cash register are nice. Now onto the food...Today I had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Horrible. I couldn't even finish it. The chicken barely had any hint of Buffalo sauce, and the breading was falling off and slimy - not with sauce, just overly moisturized from sogging together with the lettuce and tomatoes, which were borderline expired. I was picking out brown, wet lettuce pieces and pulling out spongy tomato chunks that you couldn't tell apart from the pasty chicken breading. I was appalled that anyone would serve such a meal, let alone call it food. Seriously disgusting... just a soggy, slimy mess. And flavorless to boot. The only saving grace were the battered fries and fry sauce. I am disappointed that I had to spend money on this and waste my hunger, only to feel disgusted after. Unfortunately, this is usually how I feel after eating here, it just hasn't been this extreme. Do yourself a huge favor and eat at the PC Broiler next door (same owners), where you can actually get a great, fresh, delicious meal for about the same price.

Slow to order; slower to be allowed to pay; watched my order sit under the heat lamp and I finally got my burger. Okay burger but for $11 with fries and drink I'll spend my time and money elsewhere. Cashier was on the phone while I stand there money in hand. Ignored. I won't be back.

Went here a few times on a recent vacation. Im giving 4 stars compared to other local breakfast joints Definitely has a local feel as there as many people in work clothes as there are ski clothes. Everything is counter service and then you just grab any open table or couch. We went for breakfast only so that is my only menu experience. Bagels, bagel sandwiches, breakfast burritos, muffins and variations of huevos rancheros make up most of the menu. All were very big orders and great before a long day of skiing. Price is decent and a much better option than the mountain.

Stopped in today for the first time because they are conveniently near other places that I frequent and I wanted something lite, fast, and easy for a late morning breakfast and some coffee. What initially got me to stop in was the free wi-fi. What will likely keep me from ever going back was the mediocre latte and terrible customer service. My issue is in no way with the lovely woman who took my order and made my wrap. She was delightful. My issue is specifically with the gentleman standing at the cash register and took my money. He ignored me for several minutes standing at the register while he took a cellphone call and then acted as though I was bothering him once he hung up. He seemed complete distracted and uninterested in me as a customer. To be clear, I am far from someone who has to have a bunch of small talk to feel like I've received quality service. In fact, I am sometimes put off by the freedom with which some service people in PC tie me up with small talk. But being treated as though I was a nuisance and not a valued paying customer was enough to turn me off in a big way. Having worked in retail for years myself I know you typically only get one chance to make a good impression and to win over a new customer. In my case this was one big FAIL! The result is that when I'm in that neck of the woods next time I'll be voting with my dollars and going back to one of my all-time favorite places: Nick's Greek Cafe.

Mmmmmm, bagels. One of my favorite breakfast items is a bagel. This place did not disappoint! I actually wished I had more mornings to spend in Park City just so I could go back. The bagels are fresh and the cream cheese toppings are too! I had the veggie spread and there were generous pieces of fresh veggies in every bite. I'm getting hungry typing this! Like others have mentioned, they have freshly squeezed carrot juice. I thought, "Why not?! I'm on vacation; I'll splurge." It definitely tasted like carrots. Not that I'm opposed to carrots, but I think I'm more used to sweeter juice in the mornings. Get the half and half (carrot and orange juice). The night before, my husband and I were on the search for the Yellow Snow place, but it closed. However, this cafe offers the yellow snow gelato...something about they just changed names. This place is up from the NewPark area, but not close to the Main Street. It was close to our hotel, had local prices, and made for a quiet stop.

After our visit today I can tell you I will never be back. The people were so unorganized that we NEVER got our food. Other people were waiting for parts of their orders as well that were ahead of us. Some had to reorder. I ordered 3 burgers and 4 fries. After waiting over 20 minutes and watching the mayhem of other orders before and after us, we left. I got better service at Mcdonalds. I wanted to have a good experience since it was our first time in Park City but the service we got at your establishment almost ruined the whole trip. Thanks for nothing.

Very expensive, the carrot/orange juice is $4.00!! omg. Godd bagels, but the quality of the meat used is below grade processed. Even the condiments cannot disguise the turkey/roast beef used here. Take a close look and the meat used, and it makes you wonder how much premium this owner is making with such low quality meat sold here.

I absolutely LOVE this bagel cafe that serves way more than just bagels. I visited Wasatch Bagel Cafe twice this weekend during the Sundance Film Festival for breakfast and it was delicious. The first day I had an egg sandwich which was made out of real eggs. A lot of times you go to a bagel shop and they make you an egg sandwich with microwaved eggs. Not here. Here you get nicely cooked scrambled eggs on top of your sandwich. The second day I had a bagel and cream cheese (jalepeno cream cheese) which I got for free for checking in on FOURSQUARE. Check in on foursquare people!!!! If you are not in the mood for a bagel, there is a ton of other sandwiches on the menu, including breakfast burritos to serve your cravings. I never came here for lunch but the sandwiches did look delicious. The best thing about this place is that the prices are reasonable!!! It is so close to downtown Park City, which is pricer, but this place is cheap! $4 to $5 dollars for a sandwich. Perfect for the college student and ski bum that wants to come to the mountain on a budget. I'm glad I found this bagel place in a little strip mall near the Yarrow Hotel!!

We only went to WBC once during the 2013 Mike H & Family Outdoor and Culinary Adventures Tour of Park City. The coffee is good. The bagels are yummy. They fell apart when I ordered scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast. The Styrofoam plate and plastic fork were the highlights of my breakfast. I recognize eggs from a carton and hash browns from a bag. I am not sure what kind of bread that they serve as toast but I left most of mine on the plate. I am all for supporting locally owned business so if you are in the mood for a bagel and coffee this is your place. More than that, well there is always 7 Eleven, Einsteins' Bagels and the $37.95 breakfast buffet in your hotel.

Good and fast pre hike or ski bagels and breakfast. Coffee was on the weaker side but not the end of the world. Recommended.

First visit will be my last. The California burrito that my wife ordered was a complete mess. There were missing ingredients and was literally falling apart. The taste was subpar given the amount paid. Both my wife's burrito, as well as my Meat Lovers burrito, were not fresh as they were made in a microwave. For $7.25, I expect something more than what Wasatch Bagel serves, like a non-microwaved burrito that tastes much better Again, they were a sloppy mess. Very Unimpressed with the service. We will definitely NOT be recommending this place to our friends.

  • Brodie S.

Sitting in this place and decided to write a review while having the worst dining experience in years. The service is horrible and the speed of food arriving is absolutely unacceptable. The Philly is made with Deli beef. Our food sat under the heat lamp and they would not bring it over to us at the counter. We are treated like we are a neusance rather than a customer. I highly suggest you go to the grocery store next door before you consider walking in the door of this place. People waiting look looks the most unhappy disappointed group of people I've ever seen at a food establishment. Harsh but true.

We had the hot dog, buffalo burger, fries, chicken noodle soup, and pizza bagel. All food was great!

I want to preface this by saying that thier bagels are pretty good. However their price board is off, way off, and everything ends up costing almost double thier price. Lame. the espresso drink was lukewarm and watered down. They should stick to bagels.

  • Rob R.

It's relatively inexpensive, but unfortunately this is a case of you get what you pay for. The staff weren't friendly and basically seemed ticked off to be working there. The burritos are microwaved...I wish I'd known that before I'd ordered and I would have gone with something like an omelet that they would have had to make up fresh. It was also lacking any seasoning and there was no salt or pepper to be found anywhere. I could have got a better microwaved burrito at 7-11. My wife ordered a garlic bagel with salmon cream cheese and received a garlic bagel with plain cream cheese. She took it back to the counter and asked them to fix it and they slapped on a bunch of herb cream cheese. Long story short I wouldn't recommend it unless you're starving and every other place has run out of real food.

I never give five stars, look at my previous reviews. This place deserves five stars!! Visited yesterday for lunch. Passed this place by dozens of times and never went in because it's a bagel Café and then a grill... It says so in their name... They should rename the place because their grill is amazing. Not an add on grill like a lot of businesses do as an after thought to generate more revenue I had never been here before and there is a plethora of options for lunch and I must have asked the woman behind the counter a good twenty five questions about everything, and she had and informed and polite answer for everything. It literally probably took me 10 minutes to order. I got the Italian sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The chive cream cheese spread on both sides of the bread makes the sandwich irresistible. Quick and super courteous service, paired with great food, paired with a beautiful summer afternoon in Park city sitting at the outside table made for a great experience. The only negatives I can give are that the menus are somewhat busy and slightly confusing for first timers and there is no sign that tells you where to order which isn't a problem I'm sure when they are busy but yesterday we were the only ones present. Can't wait to go back and eat this sandwich again or try their many breakfast options

We must have come on an off day because neither my bf nor I enjoyed our food or coffee. My bf had a breakfast sandwich (bagel, egg, cheese, sausage) and he didn't even eat it all which if you had ever met him you would know that he will eat just about anything. His orange juice tasted like it was out of a carton which is fine but not for the price that he paid. I had a plain bagel with butter, cream cheese, and strawberry jam. It was somehow dry enough that I had to choke it down as I didn't want my white chocolate mocha because it tasted like steamed milk. Like I said though, maybe it was just an off day for the staff.

Surprised to see the negative reviews, particularly concerning price. Wasatch is incredibly reasonably priced for the town it's in and the quality of the food-- try the french dip or burger- smoothies are tasty, too. The owner is great, the atmosphere is lovely, and the colorful menu is cheerful and never-ending.. makes me want to eat here 3 times a day to try it all. And, for the record-- posting is off- Wasatch is open into the evenings, definitely doesn't close at 2 pm anymore, if it ever did. Last I was in, on a Monday, the word was that they close about 10 pm, but that they are thinking about annie-ing up to 24-hours 'round the clock...

We came here to grab a quick coffee while we waited for a nearby restaurant to open for breakfast.. When I stepped inside I fell in love. Everything here is down to earth and cozy. The set up is relaxing and there are couches to sit on and big wood tables. You order at the counter and the bagels all sounded amazing and the plates are made to order, you order directly from the cook and head to the cashier to pay. My husband had an Americano which he said was excellent, and I followed the advice of a fellow Yelper and ordered a blend of their fresh carrot juice and orange juice. I could have drank an entire gallon of it. So good! Be careful though, mine was served in a clear plastic cup and some of the juice came out the top when I poked my straw in. This resulted in some colorful orange polka dots on my beige khakis, which came out later at home with soap and water. (totally worth it!) We kicked ourselves for not having breakfast plans at Wasatch Bagel, but definitely planning on heading back before we head back to Seattle. If we lived here this would definitely be somewhere we'd spend a lot of time and money at!

Passing through PK with the family, looking for a good breakfast place. Hubby and I want bagels, kids want pancakes........this place has it all!!! Super delish bagels, friendly service, fresh squeezed OJ and carrot juice, couldn't ask for a better place!

I entered the store and was impressed by the vast menu, but was quickly unimpressed by the service and quality of drink provided. The woman behind the counter was very curt and pushy at times. I was ordering tea and she asked me repeatedly why I wasn't ordering food, though I had made it clear that my intention was to get tea only. She made my drink wrong and used a different kind of milk than I asked for. I was not impressed by my experience at this shop and will not give it another chance. I would not recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I have a special penchant for local restaurants that are not part of a chain so we thought we would give Wasatch a try. I must say that for all the glowing reviews we were disappointed. It's kind of a like a "Mom & Pop" place, only without the mom to give it any sense of organization, direction or customer care. The young lady behind the counter that took the order was curt and short, "customer service" is obviously not part of her vocabulary. The order was prepared incorrectly (it's not that we want anything out of the ordinary, my wife wanted her breakfast bagel with bacon, I wanted mine with sausage..we got both with bacon). Their menu has a vast selection of items, whether this is good or bad, I can't decide as I haven't had any experience trying them, however judging from our last time there I doubt that I will. It's one of those little places that are frequented by locals and is is extremely casual.

Been here a few times and the atmosphere is always welcoming and the coffee sand bagels are delicious. The jalapeno cheese bagel with jalapeno cream cheeses with a vanilla latte is perfect to start the day. I also had a bagel sandwhich that was fantastic, Some friends had salads that they really enjoyed. Price is right too. Always busy, but never so crowded that it's overwhelming. A must stop in the inspiring Park City.

So, I've been back in town for about a week and I've been to Wasatch Bagel twice already... I love it! The egg and cheese bagel is my typical thing that I order -- I love it so much! I mean, yes, its egg 'stuff' but the bagels are homemade and they are fabulous. The sandwich is huge and so GOOD before a long day of skiiing. I tend to always get the everything bagel, but all of the flavors are super tasty and the cream cheese is good too. They serve the Park City Roasters coffee and its very reasonably priced. Additionally, the owners and all of the people that work there are super friendly and kind. YOu can't go wrong getting a meal at Wasatch bagel.

Really good! Great place when you want to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee and a bagel but don't want to wait too long. Great bagels and sandwiches. Warm cozy environment. The chili looked great as well but we did not have any so I can't rate. Will definitely stop in again when I am in town.

This is quickly becoming a regular spot for me to get my lunch on in Park City. I've been able to sample quite a few of their paninis and sandwiches, they've all been great. I especially like the Turkey Bacon Panini and the French Dip. The menu is huge so I imagine I'll be able to keep trying new things there for a long time.

Best and freshest breakfast and lunch spot I have found in Utah. They are always adding new yummy items to the menu. Very nice, Thank you!

The bagels are good and the sandwiches are pretty decent but the lady who is typically behind the counter is generally curt and dismissive. Does not make for a good experience. The prices are okay.

Great Breakfast! We stopped here on the way to The Canyons and were both happy to get some tasty treats before we hit the slopes. I got a breakfast sandwich with ham, eggs and cheese, while my boyfriend got a veggie sausage patty and cheese on their fresh baked bagels. It was cozy inside, where you go and order at the counter and then pay the barrista where you can get coffee, tea, lattes and smoothies. It was very affordable and it totally hit the spot before a long day out on the mountain.

Great place for an easy breakfast. Self service and casual setting; I could have walked into the place in my PJ's and felt right at home. Food was good and the coffee much needed. Lots of locals wondered in, which speaks well for the place.

We're in town for a conference across the street and figured we'd check out Wasatch for breakfast. The ham & cheddar omelet was delicious, with just enough salt/spice and sharp cheese. 4 eggs plus the included hash browns (crispy! not all raw and wet!) and toast (very good) or pancakes (other customers' plates had 2 huge pancakes) was just enough for 2 people. At $6.55, it was a great deal! I got one of the fancy hot chocolates and regret it. Save your $4.50 (!!). There were a bunch of pumps of various Ghirardelli flavors, but it was just kinda weak and watery. We asked for another chocolate squirt, and it became a chemical-y cocoa-y sweet drink. Yuck. I LOVE hot chocolate and make it at home, buy it at Wawa or Starbucks, etc., and this was gross. I only drank the first third.

Yummy breakfast and lunch grill spot in Park City, Utah. Wasatch Bagel has freshly made bagels, breakfast burritos, salads, coffee, and a large assortment of items off the grill. Very relaxed casual atmosphere with couches to relax and play with your wifi devices on. Say hello to owner Kreg who is in most of the time. A great spot to grab a bite to eat before or after the slopes!

I visited this little strip mall cafe the day after Thanksgiving with my wife and little brother. What a great experience! I am glad we came when we did, the staff was friendly and I even got to meet the owner. He seems to be very friendly and frequently checks in with his guests. From the front you won't expect much but after Turkey day I had a nice plate of Chicken fried steak and eggs with hash browns and pancakes. Sure it can get a little pricey if you're feeding a family but it's well worth the taste and atmosphere. Try the fresh made Carrot/Orange Juice! It's amazing. The coffee is excellent too...always fresh brewed. If you are looking for the authentic Park City experience if you are a Utah resident or just traveling through, make Wasatch Bagel a definite stop, you won't regret your decision.

have you ever randomly walk in to a place and think "wow, this looks good" and then end up regretting you ate there. My experience with okay food combined with rude service has made me not want to even give this place a second chance. I had a very bland chicken salad wrap with a hot tea to drink. Funny thing was I asked for an ice tea because who wants to drink hot tea when it's 85 degrees outside. So I figured I would just ice my own tea. Well apparently asking for a cup of ice results in the counter woman rudely asking "why I didn't bring my cup to the counter", me responding because "I want to have iced tea and I currently have hot tea", and she stating I should "bring my cup to the counter" and I responding "I would like more than the three ice cube space allotment of my current cup" and she looking at me angrily and finally giving me the smallest cup of ice. I should have clarified that I wanted an adult sized cup of ice so that's my mistake and also that fact I didn't know we were in the midst of the great ice and cup shortage of 2011.

Mmmm. They have these "super cinnamon raisin" bagels that you must try. Regular cinnamon raisin, but with cinnamon sugar baked onto the outside and kind of caramelized so that whole thing is chewy and crispy and gooey. Oh, my. Split one with a friend, and grab an egg sandwich and you'll be energized for a long day on the slopes. Awesome.

Yumm, Wasatch Bagel is so good. I have to admit I always get the same thing - bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. It is hot and delicious! Their fresh-squeezed orange juice and hot chocolate are also really good. Their service is not the quickest - you always wait a few minutes longer than seems necessary for your bagel - but totally worth it. A great place to warm up!

  • Ken M.

The bagels fine. Park City Bagel has better. The bigger issue is the service. Everyone behind the counter really should not be in customer facing roles. They are generally unpleasant and seems to go through little effort to listen to you and get the order correct. This is not the place it once was. Has really seemed to lost what is special. I get the sense it only stays busy because there is no alternative. .

Love, love, love these bagels!!! Always a good selection and fresh (baked on site) too. Very cute and cozy seating area inside and you can sit outside (great place to bring your dog) to really enjoy the weather.

Great bagels almost as good as East coast style. These actually have a texture that you can chew on unlike the franchise or supermarket piles of airy dough that get passed off as a bagel in most of the west. Baked on premise, they offer many different flavors, usually about 12 or more with all the standards such as salt, sesame, poppy, onion, "everything", sunflower, wheat and others. A few sweeter types are usually available as well. Various spreads like butter, plain cream cheese, flavored cream cheeses like salmon can be ordered in addition to several egg sandwiches. A small selection of bagel based lunch selections are also sold. Very good coffee selections, better then most Starbuck's. Opens early and closes about 2PM.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a coffee shop to get some work done on our vacation - we stopped at Starbucks first, which was completely packed, so we checked YELP and found this location. Super cute place with AWESOME bagels and great coffee. Plus plenty of room and quiet enough to get our work done. If you're in Park City and need a coffee shop that isn't chaotic to get your work done and enjoy breakfast and coffee, this is definitely the place to stop!

This place has bottomed out. Just got a lox sandwich that was slapped together with a tightly clubched handful of fish that just looked the wrong color. I just threw it away after two bites because it tastes sour. I will never be back.

Good place to stop in for a quick breakfast. It wasn't too busy when we arrived, but I thought the woman taking our order was a little short with us. They were out of my first two choices of bagel (everything and onion) and when I decided on a garlic one, less than a minute later, more everything bagels appeared. But she didn't offer me this first choice now that it was available again. She forgot to add the cream cheese I asked for. Also saw them mess up another patron's meal. Hubs had a poppyseed chicken sandwich that he really enjoyed.

I've been a patron of Wasatch Bagel Cafe for over ten years. Finally, I'm done. I don't know if they simply don't like the cut of my jib but on a consistent basis my simple cream cheese & bagel order is prepared incorrectly or forgotten completely. During today's incident of My Forgotten Order the employee behind the counter had the audacity to disbelieve me. Where did I hide the bagel you swore you prepared? Inside my cell phone case? On a busy day, these things happen. On a slow day? Unacceptable. Employees - you need new ones.

I was reluctant to eat here after reading the reviews, but my husband had already bought a Groupon, so we had to give it a try. Well, the reviews were quite accurate. While the food is yummy, it isn't enough to overcome the service shortcomings to make a return visit. The woman who took our order seemed bothered to have to do her job. Luckily, our food came out in a reasonable time and I knew (from reviews here) to listen for it. The cashier gave us difficulty with the Groupon. This place could be great with just a few simple changes. The food is good. Their troubles are all with service.

I was just at this place twice in the past week (mid-late May 2015) as my boyfriend and I were in the area for a wedding. It's a modest place with a casual atmosphere but the food was really good! We went for a late breakfast/brunch the first time we visited and I ordered the buttermilk pancakes and a vanilla coffee. Delicious! The next day, we went back for lunch and I got the fish sandwich with fries. Their fries are easily the best I've ever had! I fully expected to douse them with ketchup for flavor, but that wasn't necessary at all. Wish I knew what spices/ingredients they put on them because they were yummy! I told my boyfriend that if we were ever in Park City again in the future, we would definitely be heading back to Wasatch Bagel Cafe!

  • Gina J.

I've had a couple meals here during my stay in Park City. The best part of this little stop is their espresso drinks, especially the Ghirardelli drinks. So delicious! The food is pretty good. The husband really liked his double cheeseburger. The fries are perfectly battered and fried. Their bagels and cream cheeses are pretty filling. My big complaint was their wings. I love wings. That being said, I'll probably try wings anywhere. These wings were just ok. The biggest discrepancy was the shape of the wings. The bones were broken on half of my order and some just looked weird.

Horrible service and very disorganized. We were in Park City for a short summer vacation getaway and had heard good things about Wasatch Bagel Cafe. The burgers were pretty good when we finally got them - about 40 to 45 minutes after ordering. The place was not crowded either. I noticed the other patrons were having similar problems, so it wasn't just us. In several instances someone would come up to the counter and ask about their order and complain that their friends were already through eating and their food hadn't come out yet. The staff seemed absolutely clueless and worse they seemed unconcerned. I am generally willing to give a place the benefit of the doubt but in Wasatch Bagel Cafe the problem was so bad since it seemed to be systematic. A large part of the problem is the disorganization. They don't give you a number or take your name so there is no real way for them to monitor and control orders. The counter staff didn't seem to communicate well with the cook as he didn't even put our burgers on the grill until much later despite them telling us repeatedly our order was "almost ready". Its a shame in a way because the food is good and the place has great potential. My recommendation to the owner is to implement a system of better tracking orders and hire a staff that cares about the customers. Despite plans for future vacations in Park City, I am NEVER coming back to this place. Making these changes might make someone else's experience better in the future though.

I've been here twice now and it's just not very good. Service is ok...they are a busy place so no niceties exchanged. The bagels are definitely not up to par and being the breakfast burrito junkie that I am, I have now left disappointed twice. The burritos sounds appealing but the California burrito had black avocado and a really off-putting ratio of cream cheese to everything else. The bagel sandwich I tried was also a miss. It's a convenient location but not somewhere that I'm likely to return.

Came here for a bagel on Christmas morning lol! ended up getting sausage egg pancakes and a bagel. they have alot of celebrities come and leave messages so I thought I would give it a try. It was pretty good. I wouldn't say the best breakfast place that I have ever eaten at but it was fresh and yummy. Perhaps its because it was Christmas morning that it tasted better. They have coffee and alcohol here too. Its like a pizza and breakfast and lunch and dinner place all rolled into one. I would recommend coming here if you are going out for a ski the morning and you want to grab a bite to eat.

Please start to grill real chicken breasts wasatch bagel!!

Pricey for a bagel and schmeer... but tasty. They also gave me a coupon to eat at their broiler next door for buy one get one free! This was the best deal in Park City. $22 for a tremendous meal of full rack of ribs as well as ahi Tuna, both served with 2 sides!

Great cheeseburger. Not on Main Street Park City so the food is a fraction of the cost. Coffee is also great. Did not eat breakfast there but a lot of locals were eating delicious looking pancakes.

I want to preface this by saying that thier bagels are pretty good. However their price board is off, way off, and everything ends up costing almost double thier price. Lame. the espresso drink was lukewarm and watered down. They should stick to bagels.

  • Cinimod S.

I want to preface this by saying that thier bagels are pretty good. However their price board is off, way off, and everything ends up costing almost double thier price. Lame. the espresso drink was lukewarm and watered down. They should stick to bagels.

    (1)

  • Charlie B.

This place has bottomed out. Just got a lox sandwich that was slapped together with a tightly clubched handful of fish that just looked the wrong color. I just threw it away after two bites because it tastes sour. I will never be back.

  • Stephanie S.

  • Lexi S.

Fake eggs, boxed hash browns, paper plates, and plastic forks. Workers are rude. Will not go back. We wanted to try something new and were extremely disappointed. They also do not stand by their groupons. DO NOT BUY!

Always a great choice for a quick bagel, they offer a variety of good sandwiches and barks. Their coffee is a work in progress but don't let that stop you. This place beats einsteins any day.

    (4)
  • Walter K.

They get their coffee from Park City Rosters, and brew it better than them. The bagels and egg sandwiches are great. This is a good spot to stop in for a quick and sustaining breakfast before hitting the slopes. The menu here is so huge that it can be kind of confusing. The layout also tries to cram a lot of seats inside and has the line snake around the store in a manner that defies efficiency. Bottom Line: One of the best coffee and quick breakfast spots in Park City.

    (4)
  • Zeke A.

Don't order the waffles, frost bitten. Watch out! I replaced them for French toast. Not bad. The two Mehicanas working the orders, yikes. Don't let those two get mad at each other cause they will take it out on you with a nasty fart face and yelling your order out like they want you out of here. Three stars for the carrot orange juice.

  • Hannah E.

Someone recommended this restaurant to us and told us it was great. The food turned out to be good (French fries were amazing) but the staff was rude. If we asked them for a refill, it seemed like we were bothering them for even asking. The restaurant was also really dirty, we walked by four or five tables that hadn't been cleaned before finding a clean one. Food was great but the people were not friendly.

  • Kelly D.

I've eaten here a couple times and it's always good. But tonight my experience was so so. I ordered a chicken wrap and the lady pulled my chicken from a drawer below the counter. It reminded me of the fake chicken from subway. So I definitely wouldn't recommend anything with chicken. I had to throw it away because it grossed me out so much. Please start to grill real chicken breasts wasatch bagel!!

I'll start off by saying that this is a four-star rating for a divey strip mall joint, as compared to other divey strip mall joints. My husband and kids (in varying combinations) go to Wasatch Bagel on a regular basis. It's our go-to place when we need speed but aren't quite in a McHurry. It's also the stop for hot chocolate after our mornings on the mountain. You'll see lots of peeps in their snow clothes in the winter. The interior is a fun and cozy PC smorgasbord, with heavy rustic tables and two person booths. Sit on the couches at your own risk. There's quite possibly a few hundred lost French fries and a hot dog in the cushions. Speaking of French fries...they have GREAT ones. You'll get a large portion of crispy and battered fries if you get a side. Everything I've ever ordered has been good, and they have a huge menu if what you're looking for is a huge variety of quick comfort food.

The bagel (bacon, egg & cheese) was OK. It was so overfull that it fell apart and was challenging to eat but as far as flavor and quality it was nothing to write home about. I think the eggs may have been eggbeaters or powdered or something... the texture was odd. The service was awful. I was the only one in there (aside from my 2 children) and the lady taking orders was REALLY rude and rushy. The man (I think he may have been the owner) at the register ran my card and then walked away... just vanished and never came back. There were some very large cookies next to the register that my son made a grab at and the one he picked up was basically half wrapped. The cling wrap wasn't large enough to fit around the whole cookie and there was about an inch and a half hole of exposed cookie at the back. I made him put back.

Not gonna lie they're food is good i love there mushroom cheeseburger but they're service is really bad they are always rushing you specially on the phone they don't even tell you you're total they just hang up after they repeat your order so unprofessional and when you pay they ask if you will include the tip? Like i know what i have to do you don't have to tell me

Tasty food, but plain and way too many options on the menu. It takes forever to make your mind up with over 30+ different meal options. There were 10 large chalkboards full of menu items and it was rather overwhelming. The food was hardly seasoned or even original. We ordered the mesquite chicken wrap and all it contained was chicken and cheese and we had to ask for lettuce and tomato as well. The fries were delicious as was the fry sauce, but the meal was bland. Won't return.

Great variety for breakfast! Bagels are fresh and the veggie cream cheese was delicious! We also had the the 4 egg veggie omelette which came out pretty fast and was very tasty! Great service and value!

  • Aimee C.

Great cheeseburger. Not on Main Street Park City so the food is a fraction of the cost. Coffee is also great. Did not eat breakfast there but a lot of locals were eating delicious looking pancakes.

Pricey for a bagel and schmeer... but tasty. They also gave me a coupon to eat at their broiler next door for buy one get one free! This was the best deal in Park City. $22 for a tremendous meal of full rack of ribs as well as ahi Tuna, both served with 2 sides!

I get the sense it only stays busy because there is no alternative. .
